LSOA Direct is an online store offering a wide range of gifts for all occasions and events. Some items are carefully handmade by us, some are personalised to order, and others are sourced from trusted third party suppliers and sold through our website, www.lsoadirect.co.uk

2. Our Products

 Some of our items are supplied by trusted partners. While we carefully select them, we are not responsible for any warranties or representations made by third party suppliers
beyond what the law requires.

 Personalised Gifts - Each gift is handmade and/or personalised, which makes it unique, however small variations in colour, size, or finish are normal and part of the charm.

 Personalisation is created exactly as you provide it. Please double-check names, dates,
spellings, and details to ensure they are correct.

3. Ordering & Payment

 An order is only confirmed once we have received payment and sent you a confirmation
email.

 All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).
 Payments must be paid in full at checkout and are handled securely using the methods

we accept. [Debit and Credit Card; Paypal; Klarna, Zilch, Clearpay].

4. Personalised & Handmade Items

 Personalised items are made to order just for you. Please double check spellings,
dates, and details before submitting your order.
 We make things exactly as requested. As these items are made just for you, we can’t

accept returns, cancellations, or refunds unless the product is faulty or damaged.
 If you’ve made a mistake in the details you provide, we cannot be held responsible.

 

5. Delivery

 We aim to dispatch your order promptly. Estimated delivery times are shown on product
pages and at checkout. These are estimates only and not guaranteed.

 We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (e.g.,
courier delays, postal strikes, or customs checks).

 Risk of loss or damage passes to you once your order has been delivered.

6. Returns & Cancellations

 Personalised and handmade gifts are non-returnable unless faulty. Orders cannot be
cancelled once we’ve started work on the product/s.

 Standard non-personalised products - You have the right to cancel or return within 14
days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

For a full refund or exchange these products must be returned in an unused re-sellable condition in their original packaging.

 If there is a problem with your order or your item arrives damaged or faulty, please
contact us within 7 days (with photos if possible), and we’ll arrange a replacement or
refund, whichever is applicable.

 All content in this website including designs, images, logos, and text belong to LSOA Direct.

 

You may not copy, reproduce or use our content without permission.
 You are responsible for ensuring that the text, images, or personalisation you provide do
not infringe the rights of others.

8. Liability

 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as missed occasions or
events due to late delivery.

 Our maximum liability will not exceed the value of your order.

 Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a customer.
