Shipping & Delivery
Where We Ship:
We ship within the UK, including highlands and channel islands.
Handling time:
We pack orders within 7 days, personalised items will need extra time.
Delivery Times Frames:
standard delivery takes 3-5 working days after dispatch. Express delivery is available and typically arrives within 2 days after dispatch.
Carriers:
We use trusted UK carriers including Royal Mail and major couriers depending on the parcel.
Tracking:
We will email dispatch confirmation and tracking information when available.
Shipping Costs:
postage is calculated at checkout based on weight, size and destination.
Cut Offs:
Orders placed after 8pm dispatched the next working day, personalised items may need extra handling time before dispatch. pre-orders shipped when stated on the product page.
Delays:
delivery estimates can be affected by peak seasons, strikes or severe weather.
Address Changes After Checkout:
Once an order is placed, we cannot change the delivery address. You will have to cancel the order and reorder if it hasn’t shipped.
Signature On Delivery:
some parcels may require a signature on delivery based on value or carrier policy.
Safe Place Permission:
If you ask us to leave a parcel in a safe place you accept responsibility once the carrier confirms delivery.
Missed Delivery:
If a delivery attempt is missed the carrier will leave a card with next steps or arrange a re attempt.
Failed Delivery Returns:
If a parcel is returned to us after all delivery attempts have been made, we will refund the item price when it arrives back in sellable condition. Shipping costs are non refundable.
Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 working days, with photos, so that we can sort it out.
Proof Of Address Mismatch:
If the billing address doesn’t match the card providers records we may hold or cancel the order for security.
