All personalised products are created based on the information, design, or instructions provided by the customer. By placing an order, the customer accepts full responsibility for the accuracy of all details, including but not limited to names, dates, spellings, colours, images, and messages supplied to us.

We take great care to produce each gift to a high standard; however, as items are customised, slight variations in colour, size, material, or finish may occur.

 

These natural variations are not considered defects.

 

Personalised items are non-refundable and non exchangeable unless faulty due to a manufacturing error. We are not liable for errors arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use, misuse, or gifting of our products.
