Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Return Window:

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery

Return Condition:

Items must be unused in their original packaging and in are sellable condition

Proof Of Purchase:

 

We need your order number or receipt to process a return.

 

Non Returnable Items:

 

Personalised items and perishable goods are non-returnable unless faulty

 

Faulty Items:

 

If items are faulty, or become faulty within a reasonable time, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so that we can sort it.

 

Replacements And Refunds:

If we cant fix the issue we will offer a like for like replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges:

We only offer exchanges of the same item when available. If no exchange is available, we will process a refund.

How To Start A Return:

 

Email us with your order number, the item and the reason for return and we will reply with instructions.

 

Non Receipted Returns:

If you can’t provide us with a proof of purchase we cannot process a refund or exchange

 

Return Address:

 

We will provide the correct return address in our reply so your parcel goes to the right place.

 

Processing Time:

 

Once we receive and check your return we will update you with the outcome within 5 to 7 working days.

 

Return Shipping:

 

You are responsible for return postage unless we have made a mistake or the item is faulty.

 

Cancellations:

 

If you need to cancel before we have dispatched your order we will refund you in full.

 

Refund Method:

 

approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

 

Timeframe For Refunds:

 

Once processed refunds can take up to 10 working days depending on your bank.

 

Partial Refunds:

If an item shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error, we may offer a partial refund.
